Creating Legacies.
Building Programs that Inspire.

Pushing   the   boundaries

Emergency management and public safety education are the future. With increasing population densities, more significant weather, and an aging infrastructure, career opportunities in this field will continue to grow. So too should the education and opportunities to innovate. Disaster response is nothing more than people helping people and with the right guidance, any program can push the boundaries of what many believe is possible and shape the future of emergency response.

"Just 20 years ago, it would take a room full of disaster response professionals on telephones to provide the same information that can be found by a single student on their smart phone today. Improving the way we respond to disasters starts now and it starts in the classroom."

Advancing   how   we   respond

Inspiring   the   future

Quality programs work alongside responders and help in real-time. Students of almost any age are able to help. This significantly impacts response efforts by putting more people in the right places at the right time in a coordinated manner. Our programs supplement response teams in ways they can immediately use while keeping students safe.
Students improve the system. Students do what many responders are too busy to do, ask questions. Asking why something is done a certain way is sometimes the eye-opener we need to do it a better way. Our students find those better ways and are inspired to make real differences for real people. Our classrooms are real emergencies and our impact is on real people.
